1. Services Provided
RTR Automotive & Towing Services provides general automotive repair, diagnostics, maintenance services, and towing services for passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks. We do not service motorcycles.
All services are subject to availability and vehicle inspection.
2. Estimates & Payment

Any estimates provided are based on preliminary information and may change after inspection.

Customers will be notified of significant changes before additional work is performed.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

At this time, online payments are not processed through the website.
Failure to make payment may result in storage fees or other actions permitted under Florida law.
3. Appointment Booking
Appointments made through our website are requests for service. We will confirm appointments by phone, email, or text message.
We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service requests at our discretion.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By requesting service, the customer agrees:

To remove all personal valuables from the vehicle

To disclose any known mechanical or safety issues

To ensure the vehicle is legally authorized for service
RTR Automotive & Towing Services is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
5. Towing Liability & Release
Authorization
By requesting towing services, the customer affirms that they are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized to request towing.
Vehicle Condition
RTR Automotive & Towing Services is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Mechanical failure unrelated to towing

Damage resulting from previously compromised vehicle components
Photographs or documentation may be taken prior to transport.
Personal Property
We are not liable for personal belongings left inside the vehicle before, during, or after towing.
Roadside & Mechanical Risk
Some vehicles may have existing structural, suspension, or mechanical weaknesses. The customer acknowledges that towing may involve inherent risks, especially with disabled or damaged vehicles.
Storage Fees
If a vehicle is stored at our facility, daily storage fees may apply. Vehicles not claimed within the time permitted under Florida law may be subject to lien procedures.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Florida law:
RTR Automotive & Towing Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.
7. Website Use
All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.
